We started off the new year keeping the tradition of going to the beach and ended January camping with friends. Emilia is progressing in school and is enjoying writing out her thoughts and reading parts of books. The highlight of the month for her was her piano recital which was a proud moment for her parents. Julian is at once a 'big boy' and still our little guy. He loves his toys, especially Baby Maya, and enjoys feeding them and putting them down for naps - even though he fights any attempts to nap himself. The kids reassure us nightly that they love us more than all Cheetos in the world and all the different flavors of Gatorade.
