September flew by as we settled into the new school year and a somewhat new routine. Homework time is squeezed in before or after dinner but Emilia is excelling in her writing and Spanish - we are proud that she had perfect scores on he first report card. Most importantly she seems to really be enjoying school and making some nice friends. Julian's big news of the month is that he bravely gave up his gogo - actually he 'traded' it at the toy store for a weed whacker (aka "my motor ting"). He has only asked for it once since and weeks later when we found a gogo while cleaning up he unceremoniously put it in the garbage.
