Emilia & Julian: August 2014 - Seattle, E's 1st day of Kindergarten & Julian's 3rd Birthday

Wow, I had not realized how busy a month it was until I wrote the heading of this post. The kids started August with a great week in Seattle visiting with their grandparents, aunt, uncle and cousin. A week after we returned was the 1st day of Kindergarten. Emilia was brave and had a good day. Now a few weeks in, she has already made many friends and seems to be enjoying her teacher, class and aftercare. While she is getting used to the 'big' lunchroom we are getting used to a new drop off routine and we both are figuring our homework. Before we knew it our little man was three and we celebrated with a blow out Spiderman party with all his friends, cupcakes at school and a special dinner at home.
